SAO JOAQUIM NATIONWIDE PARK

The park is while in the Atlantic Forest biome. It covers a region of forty eight,three hundred hectares (119,000 acres). It was recognized by decree on six July 1961, and it is administered via the Chico Mendes Institute for Biodiversity Conservation.
